The following are the terms and conditions for use of the and purchase of products from All Office Equipment Ltd (“the company”). Use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms, which may at any time be amended. Your use at any time thereafter constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms as amended.
Quotations are given on the basis of costs at the time of issue. Prices may be amended at any time to reflect a change in cost structure, including any alteration to the rate of VAT or similar tax. If a product is not available then we will contact you or you may choose a product of equal value to be substituted in its place. All photographs are accompanied by an itemised list fairly describing the contents. Every reasonable effort has been made to accurately reflect actual colours however due to variances between monitors, colours cannot be guaranteed. All special offers are available while stocks last.
Cancellation and Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item unused in the original packaging, within seven days of receipt and we will refund your money in full or replace it. Any changes or cancellation in respect of any order must be notified in writing to the company within two days of placing the order.
Delivery and Notifications:
Delivery shall be charged in accordance with destination chosen and price, thereafter displayed which said price may be amended (after you place an order) you will be notified of such a change but only to reflect a change in cost. Deliveries for specific days cannot be guaranteed. We aim to dispatch your order for products /printers within 5/7 working days of order and toners 1/3 working days. Proof of Delivery of product shall be good evidence of delivery of the specific product as requested by the customer and no question shall be raised as to delivery of individual items therein. Risk in respect of goods transferred to you the buyer upon execution of delivery docket. You are responsible for providing correct address, telephone number and postal code. The Company cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of dispatch of goods. All Office Equipment will not be responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any product or any particular item contained in a product, or charge any duty. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch as soon as it arrives. All items are subject to availability.
Payment must be made in full by credit card/ bank transfer in advance of goods leaving or by guaranteed cheque, money order, or within 30 days for established accounts, which All Office Equipment have authorized. The Company may at its absolute discretion refuse to effect delivery.
Ownership Rights and Limitations:
All goods are the property of the Company until all goods and all outstanding debts to the Company and/or its associate companies have been paid for in full. This Site, its contents together with any trade names used by the Company are protected by intellectual property rights and permission is given for personal use. Any use beyond that permitted may constitute an infringement of owners’ rights and may be prosecuted.
Limitation As To Damages:
The Company shall take all reasonable care in packaging any fragile or breakable items. In the event that any such items are damaged in transit the Company shall be responsible for re-placement costs of item only. We must be informed of all damages within seven days of receipt, if we are to replace or refund for the item. The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any injury or damage to property howsoever caused. Any electronic or digital equipment is sold subject to manufacturer’s warranty only. The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any damage or any indirect loss caused by such electronic or digital equipment howsoever arising.
Unless you indicate otherwise your use if the Site constitutes your agreement to the Company replying to you by electronic mail for such purposes, as the Company may consider appropriate. The Company does not accept any responsibility to the extent that the site is connected to any other sites or services beyond its control. It is the policy of All Office Equipment to ensure that all goods supplied to our customers are in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company and reserves the right to deny access to the site.
