Email Marketing Campaign & Newsletter Procedures

All Office Equipment retains the followings’ email addresses, to be contacted by the company RE newsletters, online marketing campaigns, etc.

  • Customers of All Office Equipment
  • Potential customers that have contacted the company and have requested more information
  • Potential customers that have requested more information
  • Online subscribers via the All Office Equipment website

These email addresses are only retained where the client has given consent (written or verbal consent) to be contacted by All Office Equipment and has not opted-out of subscribing to any All Office Equipment’s newsletters. Newsletters and information will be emailed to those who have given consent and have not unsubscribed at the time of sending. In the case of Individual & Business customers, contact will only be made RE similar products and services the customer may be interested in after they have consented to the receipt of such information either verbally or written. In the same case, after 12 months of correspondence without a purchase, if the customer fails to unsubscribe to the newsletter they will remain opted-in on the mailing list until the times comes when they do unsubscribe.

Business contacts are also added to the mailing list unless the subscriber has notified that they do not consent to the receipt of such communications (written or verbal consent).

Customers/subscribers have the option to subscribe or option to unsubscribe to the All Office Equipment newsletters via the All Office Equipment website,, or at any time by contacting All Office Equipment directly at or by clicking the unsubscribe option at the bottom of any newsletters or marketing emails they may receive . Clients and customers that have been in contact with All Office Equipment are added to the mailing list pending permission and can unsubscribe if they wish at any time. Such customers/subscribers will immediately be removed from the All Office Equipment mailing list and will receive no further contact from All Office Equipment unless they have indicated that they wish to subscribe.

All Office Equipment is a B2B business and do not contact members of the general public with marketing campaigns and newsletters. All Office Equipment only send strategic emails to the customers/subscribers listed above that may benefit from the information received or may suit them for business.

All Office Equipment uses the online email marketing solution MailChimp. Our subscriber lists are stored on a secure MailChimp server. MailChimp do not, under any circumstances, sell All Office Equipment lists, contact people on our lists, market to people on our lists, steal our lists, or share our lists with any other party, unless it’s required by law. If someone on an All Office Equipment list complains or contacts MailChimp, they may then contact that person.
Only authorised MailChimp employees have access to view Distribution Lists.

All customer/subscriber emails are retained within All Office Equipment and are not passed on to any third parties, such information is used only for the purposes the customer/subscriber has intended.
